From leadership roles at world-class companies like Pepsi-Cola, Kellogg’s, Conagra, and Utz Brands, to rebuilding struggling teams and transforming underperforming business units, my career has been a masterclass in perseverance, strategic thinking, and heart-led leadership. I’ve helped to build brands, scaled operations, and reimagined the impossible—but my proudest legacy is helping others find the courage to do the same.
Today, I’m the author of BE THE CEO OF YOUR LIFE, a self-help book rooted in wisdom I wish I’d had at the start of my journey. It’s my personal blueprint to help others take ownership of their choices, build meaningful careers, and live with intention. Whether mentoring students, coaching emerging leaders, or speaking to audiences, my mission is the same: to equip you with the mindset, tools, and confidence to become the CEO of your own life.
Now living in Auburn with my wife of 45+ years, Susan, I’m a proud father and grandfather to my beautiful granddaughter, Victoria Lucia. My joy is found on the water, in the stands at an Auburn SEC football game, and—most of all—in the moments I share with family and friends.
